摘 要:明确对重症肺部感染患者施以电子支气管镜联合抗感染治疗措施的效果。纳入2023年2月—2024年2月综合临床各项检查结果满足重症肺部感染诊断标准的99例患者为研究对象。以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组(n=47)行抗感染治疗方案干预,观察组(n=52)行电子支气管镜联合抗感染治疗方案干预,对两组患者的治疗有效性与安全性相关数据信息进行比较分析。结果显示,治疗有效性方面,治疗后,观察组肺功能各指标、呼吸力学指标及炎症反应相关数据值较对照组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗安全性方面,观察组不良反应发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对重症肺部感染患者施以电子支气管镜联合抗感染治疗措施,有利于帮助患者改善肺功能指标、呼吸力学指标,减轻机体炎症反应,降低相关不良反应发生风险,对于提高重症肺部感染治疗的有效性与安全性有着重要意义。To clarify the effect of implementing electronic bronchoscopy combined with anti-infective treatment measures for patients with severe pulmonary infection.A total of 99 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for severe pulmonary infection based on comprehensive clinical examination results from February 2023 to February 2024 were included as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method.The control group(n=47)was intervened with an anti-infective treatment plan,and the observation group(n=52)was intervened with a treatment plan of electronic bronchoscopy combined with anti-infection.The data information related to the treatment efficacy and safety of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.The results showed that in terms of treatment efficacy,after treatment,the various indexes of lung function,respiratory mechanics indexes and the data values related to the inflammatory response in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of treatment safety,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that implementing the treatment measures of electronic bronchoscopy combined with anti-infection for patients with severe pulmonary infection is beneficial to help patients improve lung function indexes and respiratory mechanics indexes,reduce the body’s inflammatory response,and reduce the risk of occurrence of related adverse reactions,which is of great significance for improving the efficacy and safety of the treatment of severe pulmonary infection.
