面碗脐灸对气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者消化道的护理效果观察

摘　　要：探讨面碗脐灸对气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者消化道的护理效果。将2023年1月—2024年6月在贵港市中医医院接受治疗的74例气虚血瘀型CHF合并腹胀、恶心呕吐等消化道症状的患者随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,在此基础上,观察组实施面碗脐灸,对比两组患者的护理效果、中医证候积分、肠功能指数、生活质量。结果显示,观察组护理总有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的70.27%(P<0.05);护理后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组肠功能指数评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,面碗脐灸对气虚血瘀型CHF患者消化道的护理效果显著,能有效改善患者的排便质量,缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。To explore the nursing effect of noodle bowl navel moxibustion on digestive symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.74 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type CHF complicated with gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating,nausea and vomiting who received treatment at Guigang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received noodle bowl navel moxibustion.The nursing effects,TCM syndrome scores,intestinal function index,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 94.59%,significantly higher than the control group’s 70.27%(P<0.05);After nursing care,the observation group had lower scores for traditional Chinese medicine symptoms than the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the intestinal function index scores of the observation group,were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that noodle bowl navel moxibustion has a significant nursing effect on digestive symptoms in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type CHF.It can effectively improve the quality of bowel movements,alleviate clinical symptoms,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
