老年下肢骨折手术患者手术室护理中人性化护理干预的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探讨老年下肢骨折手术患者手术室护理中人性化护理干预的应用效果。将2022年8月—2023年8月在东海县中医院接受手术治疗的80例老年下肢骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组实施人性化护理干预,对比两组患者的心理状态及血压情况、并发症、护理质量评分以及护理满意度评分。结果显示,护理后,观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、SBP、DBP均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分以及护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,老年下肢骨折手术患者手术室护理中人性化护理干预的应用效果显著,能有效改善患者的心理状态,稳定患者的血压,降低手术相关并发症的发生风险,提高护理质量及护理满意度。To explore the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in the operating room nursing of elderly patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery.A total of 80 elderly patients with lower limb fractures who underwent surgical treatment in TCM Hospital of Donghai County from August 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received humanized nursing intervention.The psychological state,blood pressure,complications,nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the SAS scores,SDS scores,SBP and DBP of the patients in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing quality scores in terms scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the application of humanized nursing intervention in the operating room nursing of elderly patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,stabilize their blood pressure,reduce the risk of surgical-related complications,and improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
