时效性激励理论康复护理对甲状腺癌手术患者疼痛和舒适度的影响研究

摘　　要：分析时效性激励理论康复护理对甲状腺癌手术患者疼痛和舒适度的影响。选取2023年1月—2024年6月遵义市红花岗区人民医院收治的96例甲状腺癌手术患者为研究对象,采用随机分配的方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组采取康复外科护理,观察组采取时效性激励理论康复护理,对比两组患者的术后疼痛度、舒适度以及住院时间和治疗费用。结果显示,观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的住院时间短于对照组,治疗费用少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对甲状腺癌手术患者采取时效性激励理论康复护理成效显著,不仅提高了患者的舒适度,还降低了患者的疼痛度,缩短了患者的住院时间,减少了患者的住院费用。This study aims to analyze the influence of rehabilitation nursing based on the timeliness incentive theory on the pain and comfort of patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery.A total of 96 patients who underwent thyroid cancer surgery and were admitted to People’s Hospital of Honghuagang District from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing,while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on the timeliness incentive theory.The postoperative pain degree,comfort level,hospital stay,and treatment cost of the patients in the two groups were compared.The results showed that the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the treatment cost was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that the rehabilitation nursing based on the timeliness incentive theory for patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery has remarkable effects.It not only improves the comfort of patients but also reduces their pain degree,shortens their hospital stay,and reduces their hospitalization expenses.
