孕产妇中医护理模式的构建与应用效果分析

摘　　要：分析通过构建中医护理模式对孕产妇实施护理干预的效果。选取2023年10月—2024年10月于瓮安县中医医院就诊的100例孕产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组应用常规护理模式,观察组应用中医护理模式,比较两组孕产妇的护理效果。结果显示,护理后,观察组孕产妇自我护理能力评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇生活方式改善情况较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇妊娠并发症发生率、不良分娩结局发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇对护理服务的满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究发现,孕产妇就诊期间,通过构建中医护理模式对其进行护理干预,能够显著改善孕产妇的自我护理能力,优化孕产妇的健康生活方式,且能够降低妊娠并发症、不良分娩结局等不良事件的发生风险。This paper analyzes the effect of implementing nursing interventions on pregnant and parturient women through the construction of a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing model.A total of 100 pregnant and parturient women who received treatment at Weng’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing model,while the observation group adopted the TCM nursing model,and the nursing effects of the two groups of pregnant and parturient women were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the self-care ability scores of the pregnant and parturient women in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of the lifestyle of the pregnant and parturient women in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of pregnancy complications and the incidence of adverse childbirth outcomes in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of the pregnant and parturient women in the observation group with the nursing service was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that during the medical treatment of pregnant and parturient women,implementing nursing interventions through the construction of a TCM nursing model can significantly improve the self-care ability of pregnant and parturient women,optimize their healthy lifestyle,and reduce the risk of adverse events such as pregnancy complications and adverse childbirth outcomes.
