个体化化疗护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：评估个体化化疗护理对乳腺癌患者化疗效果、生活质量、治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响。采取前瞻性随机对照研究,选取2023年1月—2024年1月在上海市复旦大学附属中山医院接受化疗的90例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组(接受个体化化疗护理,n=45)和对照组(接受常规护理,n=45)。所有患者在化疗期间均接受定期评估,记录化疗不良反应、生活质量评分、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果显示,观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗依从性及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,个体化化疗护理能够有效减少乳腺癌患者的化疗不良反应,提高患者的生活质量、治疗依从性和护理满意度,值得在临床护理中推广应用。To evaluate the influence of individualized chemotherapy nursing on the chemotherapy effect,quality of life,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of breast cancer patients.This is a prospective randomized controlled study.A total of 90 breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group(receiving individualized chemotherapy nursing,n=45)and a control group(receiving routine nursing,n=45).All patients were regularly evaluated during chemotherapy,and the adverse reactions of chemotherapy,quality of life scores,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were recorded.The results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of various aspects of the quality of life in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that individualized chemotherapy nursing can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients,and improve the patients’quality of life,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing.
