临床护理路径对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者护理质量及满意度的影响研究

摘　　要：分析临床护理路径对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者护理质量及满意度的影响。选取2022年1月—2023年6月医院收治的76例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组通过运用临床护理路径开展护理,对比两组患者术后并发症发生情况、护理服务满意度以及疾病知识知晓率。结果显示,观察组的疾病知识知晓率为97.37%,高于对照组的78.95%(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为2.63%,低于对照组的13.16%(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为100%,高于对照组的89.47%(P<0.05)。研究发现,通过临床护理路径对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者开展护理,能够有效提升患者的疾病认知水平及护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。To analyze the influence of the clinical nursing pathway on the nursing quality and satisfaction of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.A total of 76 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group carried out nursing through the application of the clinical nursing pathway.The incidence of postoperative complications,the satisfaction with nursing services,and the awareness rate of disease knowledge of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the awareness rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 78.95%in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.63%,which was lower than 13.16%in the control group(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 89.47%in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that carrying out nursing for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media through the clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the patients’cognitive level of the disease and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
