单采血小板报废原因及优化措施探究

摘　　要：分析宿州市中心血站单采血小板报废原因,探讨相应优化措施,以进一步降低单采血小板报废率,为临床用血提供可靠保障。对宿州市中心血站2021—2023年单采血小板的相关数据资料进行收集整理,分析导致单采血小板报废的相关因素,结合血站的管理措施,总结经验并明确不足。统计结果显示,2021—2023年3个年度宿州市中心血站共有7964人次参与单采血小板捐献,共计报废37袋,总报废率为0.46%。其中,非检验性报废17袋,占比为0.21%;检验性因素造成报废20袋,占比为0.25%,检验性因素报废占比相对较高。研究发现,宿州市中心血站单采血小板报废率相对较低,主要影响因素包括过期血、肝炎病毒、梅毒等,需要相关人员足够重视,并进一步采取优化措施。To analyze the reasons for the discarding of apheresis platelets at Suzhou Center Blood Station,explore corresponding optimization measures,further reduce the discarding rate of apheresis platelets,and provide a reliable guarantee for clinical blood use.The relevant data of apheresis platelets at Suzhou Center Blood Station from 2021 to 2023 were collected and sorted out.The relevant factors leading to the discarding of apheresis platelets were analyzed.Combined with the management measures of the blood station,the experience was summarized and the deficiencies were identified.The statistical results showed that from 2021 to 2023,a total of 7,964 people participated in the donation of apheresis platelets at Suzhou Center Blood Station,and a total of 37 bags were discarded,with a total discarding rate of 0.46%.Among them,17 bags were discarded due to non-inspection reasons,accounting for 0.21%;20 bags were discarded due to inspection-related factors,accounting for 0.25%,and the proportion of discarding due to inspection-related factors was relatively high.The study found that the discarding rate of apheresis platelets at Suzhou Center Blood Station is relatively low.The main influencing factors include expired blood,hepatitis virus,syphilis,etc.,which require sufficient attention from relevant personnel,and further optimization measures should be taken.
