中孕期规范化产科超声检查在筛查胎儿先天性畸形中的临床研究

摘　　要：探究中孕期规范化产科超声检查在胎儿先天性畸形筛查工作中的应用价值。选取2021年10月—2024年6月于云岩区人民医院进行规范化产科超声检查的中孕期孕妇为研究对象,共1577例。所有孕妇均随访至其引产或分娩,将引产或者分娩的结果作为“金标准”,评价规范化产科超声检查对胎儿先天性畸形的诊断符合率。随访或引产结果显示,1577例中孕期孕妇存在43例(2.73%)胎儿先天性畸形;规范化产科超声检查显示,1577例中孕期孕妇存在40例(2.54%)胎儿先天性畸形,诊断结果符合率为93.02%(40/43)。中孕期规范化产科超声检查结果与“金标准”结果比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,中孕期规范化产科超声检查可准确检出胎儿先天性畸形情况,诊断结果和随访及引产结果相当,对于保障新生儿出生质量具有重要作用。To explore the application value of standardized obstetric ultrasound examination in the second trimester in the screening of fetal congenital malformations.A total of 1,577 pregnant women in the second trimester who underwent standardized obstetric ultrasound examination in Yunyan District People’s Hospital from October 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.All pregnant women were followed up until induction of labor or delivery,and the results of induction of labor or delivery were taken as the“gold standard”to evaluate the diagnostic coincidence rate of standardized obstetric ultrasound examination for fetal congenital malformations.The follow-up or induction of labor results showed that among 1,577 pregnant women in the second trimester,43 cases(2.73%)had fetal congenital malformations;the standardized obstetric ultrasound examination showed that among 1,577 pregnant women in the second trimester,40 cases(2.54%)had fetal congenital malformations,and the coincidence rate of the diagnostic results was 93.02%(40/43).There was no statistical difference between the results of the standardized obstetric ultrasound examination in the second trimester and the results of the“gold standard”(P>0.05).The study found that the standardized obstetric ultrasound examination in the second trimester can accurately detect the situation of fetal congenital malformations,and the diagnostic results are comparable to the follow-up and induction of labor results,which plays an important role in ensuring the quality of newborns at birth.
