摘  要:目的:探讨产教融合背景下“一课多师”教学模式在流行病学课程中的应用效果,提升教学质量。方法:2022级预防班采用“一课多师”教学模式授课,2021级预防班为校内教师一人授课,比较评价其教学效果。结果:2022级学生的过程性考核成绩、期末成绩、总成绩均高于2021级;对校内专职教师的教学态度、教学方法的满意度高于对校外兼职教师的满意度。结论:“一课多师”教学模式教学效果较好,下一步需加强对师资团队的管理。Objective:To explore the application effect of the"one lesson,multiple teachers"teaching mode in the"epidemiology course"under the background of industry education integration,and to improve the teaching quality.Method:The 2022 prevention class adopts the"one lesson,multiple teachers"teaching mode,while the 2021 prevention class is taught by one teacher on campus.The teaching effect is compared and evaluated.Result:The process assessment scores,final scores,and overall scores of the 2022 students were higher than those of the 2021 students;The satisfaction with the teaching attitude and methods of full-time teachers on campus is higher than that of part-time teachers off campus.Conclusion:The"one lesson,multiple teachers"teaching model has good teaching effects,and the next step is to strengthen the management of the teaching staff team.
