高校辅导员在大学生心理健康教育中的角色定位及路径选择——基于质性访谈的研究

摘　　要：本研究通过质性访谈探讨了高校辅导员在大学生心理健康教育中的角色定位及路径选择。研究发现,辅导员在心理健康教育中扮演着心理疏导、情感支持和行为引导等多重角色,但在实践中面临资源不足、时间紧张和专业支持缺乏等挑战,影响其角色发挥。分析表明,辅导员的角色认知、资源支持与教育目标设定是影响教育路径选择的关键因素。研究建议,高校应明确辅导员的角色定位,加强跨部门合作,提升辅导员的专业能力与资源保障,优化教育方式,以更好地支持学生心理健康。This study explores the role orientation and path selection of college counselors in college students'mental health education through qualitative interviews.The study finds that counselors play multiple roles in mental health education,such as psychological counseling,emotional support and behavior guidance.However,in practice,they face challenges such as insufficient resources,time constraints and lack of professional support,which affect the exertion of their roles.The analysis shows that counselors'role perception,resource support and educational goal setting are the key factors affecting the selection of educational paths.The study suggests that colleges and universities should clarify the role orientation of counselors,strengthen cross-departmental cooperation,improve the professional capabilities and resource guarantee of counselors,and optimize the educational methods to better support the mental health of students.
