摘　　要：立足于新一轮科技革命和我国经济发展的现实需求,新质生产力赋予生产力以“新”和“质”的新规定,实现了对传统生产力的整体变革和系统优化。作为一种先进生产力的发展样态,新质生产力是对马克思主义生产力理论的守正创新,为推动我国经济高质量发展、在激烈的国际竞争中培育新的发展优势提供了新引擎和突破口。加快发展新质生产力,需紧扣发展的前提、机制、载体及空间等关键环节,在具体实践中,要以教育工作为抓手,推进创新型人才的培养;以体制机制创新为突破,增强发展的内生动力;以产业深度转型升级为动能,建设现代化产业体系;以发展空间为保障,持续优化市场环境。通过各项措施的全面统筹与协同发力,加快构建新发展格局,扎实推动经济高质量发展。Based on the new round of technological revolution and the actual needs of China’s economic development,the new quality productive forces endows productive forces with new regulations of“new”and“quality”,realizing the overall transformation and system optimization of traditional productive forces.As a development pattern of advanced productive forces,the new quality productive forces are adherence to and innovation of Marxist theory of productive forces,providing new engines and breakthroughs for promoting China’s high-quality economic development and cultivating new development advantages in fierce international competition.To accelerate the development of new quality productive forces,it is necessary to focus on the key aspects of development,such as the prerequisite,mechanism,carrier and space.In specific practice,efforts should be made to promote the cultivation of innovative talents by taking education as the pivot,enhance the intrinsic impetus for development by taking institutional and mechanism innovations as the breakthrough,build a modern industrial system by taking industrial transformation and upgrading as the driving force,and continue to optimize the market environment by taking the space for development as the safeguard.The comprehensive planning and coordinated promotion of various measures will help to speed up building the new development paradigm and solidly promote the high-quality economic development.
