数字时代“流动性聚合社区”的形态特征与秩序维系——DNA数字游民公社的个案研究

摘　　要：数字技术正在促生一种全新的社会组织形态和秩序逻辑。本文因循社区研究的经典脉络,提出了流动性聚合社区的概念,并以DNA数字游民公社为案例,从“内外一体”的视角深入探讨依托数字社交的人群聚落及在地化社区的秩序维系机制。研究发现,在空间维度上,流动性聚合社区在一定程度上实现了虚实空间的整合;在关系维度上,其虽然由具备流动性、异质性的人群构成,却呈现出较强的共同体属性。并且,流动性聚合社区的秩序维系依赖于内外一体的自组织运作:对外通过建构社区感控制社区的弹性边界,在实现社区开放性与包容性的同时也保证了社区的纯净性和凝聚力;对内则通过去中心化机制建构多中心参与的治理格局,形成并保持一种平等、互助、共治的社区氛围。Digital technology is reshaping the relationships between individuals and society,giving rise to a new form of social organization and logic of order. Following the classic community studies,this paper proposes a new type of community— “mobile aggregation communities”—distinct from traditional and virtual communities. From the perspective of “internal-external integration,” this paper uses the DNA( Digital Nomad Anji) community as a case study to delve into how digital socialization sustains order in human settlements and localized communities. The study finds that this new type of localized community breaks the limitations of physical space,realizing some level of integration between virtual and real spaces through digital means. In terms of relational dimension,despite being composed of “floating” and heterogeneous groups,the “mobile aggregation community” exhibits strong communal traits. The order maintenance of “mobile aggregation communities” depends on self-organizational operations that integrate both internal and external elements: externally,it manages the community's flexible boundaries through a sense of community;internally,it builds a decentralized governance structure with multiple centers of participation,fostering an atmosphere of equality,mutual aid,and shared governance.
