摘  要:节育环的使用作为女性独特的生命体验,对女性身心具有重要意义。本文聚焦于女性在节育环使用过程中的身体实践,探讨女性身体实践在社会情境中的双重特性。研究发现,女性身体实践可分为两种类型:一是顺应“在场”,即在计划生育政策背景下,节育环发挥单一的避孕功能,女性的身体被纳入生育管理体系,顺应节育环的使用;二是主动“在场”,即当代女性将节育环作为实现健康管理、风险规避及达成个人目标的多元工具,重新定义了节育环的意义和功能。这种动态的身体实践展现出社会规范与能动主体之间的张力,也揭示出女性在社会结构中的复杂处境与实践能力。The use of intrauterine devices( IUDs) is a distinctive aspect of women's life experiences,with important implications for their physical and mental well-being. This paper examines women's embodied practices during IUD use,exploring their dual nature within different social contexts. The study identifies two primary types of practice. The first type is “adaptation to presence,”in which,under family planning policies,the IUD functions solely as a contraceptive,and women's bodies are integrated into a reproductive management system that enforces compliance. The second type is “active presence,” where contemporary women repurpose the IUD as a multifunctional tool for health management,risk avoidance,and personal goals,thus redefining its meaning and function while regaining autonomy. This dynamic embodied practice reveals the tension between social norms and individual agency,highlighting the complex situations and practical capacities of women within social structures.
