摘　　要：建立膜渗透压法测定甲基乙烯基硅橡胶数均分子量。以甲苯为溶剂,配制4份浓度梯度的聚合物溶液,运行温度为35℃,采用再生纤维素膜半透膜,按照去离子水-乙醇-甲苯分8次浸泡进行样品处理。清洗,装膜,按照浓度由小到大梯度注入脱气溶液,平衡读数流程,通过渗透压与浓度比,建立标准曲线,测试3种甲基乙烯基硅橡胶数均分子量。3种甲基乙烯基硅橡胶的数均分子量分别为1.43×10^(4)、4.20×10^(4)、7.48×10^(4)g/mol。样品测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%(n=6),与标准值相比相对误差小于1%。该方法具有较高的准确度、精密度,可用于准确测定甲基乙烯基硅橡胶数均分子量,也可以为硅橡胶质量控制提供依据。A membrane osmotic pressure method was established to determine the number average molecular weight of methyl vinyl silicone rubber.Four polymer solutions with concentration gradients were prepared using toluene as the solvent,and the operating temperature was 35℃.A regenerated cellulose membrane semi permeable membrane was used,and the samples were treated by soaking in deionized water ethanol toluene in 8 separate steps.Clean,film,inject degassing solution in a gradient of concentration from small to large,balance readings,establish standard curves,and test the number average molecular weight of three types of methyl vinyl silicone rubber.The number average molecular weights of three types of methyl vinyl silicone rubber tested were 1.43×10^(4),4.20×10^(4),and 7.48×10^(4)g/mol,respectively.The relative standard deviation of the sample test results was less than 2%(n=6),and the relative error compared with the standard value was less than 1%.This method has high accuracy and precision,which can be used to accurately determine the number average molecular weight of methyl vinyl silicone rubber,as well as provide a basis for quality control of silicone rubber.
