日照口岸出入境人员肺结核监测结果分析及防控建议

摘　　要：为了解日照口岸出入境人群肺结核流行状况,分析防控形势并提出防控建议,本研究采用描述性流行病学方法,对2014—2024年日照口岸出入境人员中肺结核病例的监测资料进行统计分析。结果显示,2014—2024年日照口岸共监测体检出入境人员91424人,共检出肺结核病例14例,检出率为0.15‰,其中,2014—2020年检出14例,2021—2024年无病例检出。在14例病例中,男性13例,女性1例;年龄范围为19~46岁,平均(35.2±6.8)岁;劳务输出人员13例,占92.86%。结果表明,随着我国结核病疫情呈现稳步下降态势,口岸出入境人员中肺结核检出率降低,但仍存在输入性风险。口岸监管部门应继续加强肺结核监测工作,防止疫情传入传出。To understand the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB)among entry-exit population at Rizhao Port,analyze the current prevention and control landscape,and propose actionable recommendations,this study utilized descriptive epidemiological methods to statistically analyze surveillance data of PTB cases detected among travelers at Rizhao Port from 2014 to 2024.The results showed that among 91,424 individuals underwent health screening during this period,14 PTB cases were identified,yielding a detection rate of 0.15‰.Notably,all 14 cases were detected between 2014 and 2020,with no cases reported from 2021 to 2024.Among the 14 cases,13 were male and 1 was female,with ages ranging from 19 to 46 years(mean age:35.2±6.8 years).Labor export personnel accounted for 92.86%(13/14)of the cases.While the decline in China's overall PTB prevalence correlates with reduced PTB detection rates at ports,imported risks persist.Rizhao Port regulatory authorities should enhance PTB surveillance to mitigate cross-border transmission of the disease.
