浅议马尔堡病毒病及其口岸防控对策

摘　　要：马尔堡病毒(Marburg Virus,MARV)致死率高、传染性强,可感染人和非人灵长类动物导致马尔堡病毒病(Marburg Virus Disease,MVD)。尽管我国尚未有马尔堡病毒病的报道,但仍需加强对马尔堡病毒病的监测与研究。本文围绕马尔堡病毒病的病原学、流行态势、流行病学特征、致病机制、实验室检测、疫苗与治疗药物的研发等进行综述。同时,针对旅行者提出了个人防护措施建议,并对口岸应对马尔堡病毒病疫情提出防控对策与建议。Marburg virus has a highly lethal and highly infectious,and can infect humans and non-human primates,causing Marburg hemorrhagic fever.Although there have been no reported cases of Marburg virus disease in China,but awareness of Marburg virus disease prevention and control needs to be strengthened.This article reviews the etiology,epidemic situation,epidemiological characteristics,pathogenic mechanisms,laboratory diagnosis,vaccine and therapeutic drug development of Marburg virus disease.It also proposes prevention and control measures for medical institutions,individual travelers,and port responses to the Marburg virus disease epidemic.
