摘  要:本研究采用同步热重-差热分析(Simultaneous Thermogravimetric Analysis and Differential Thermal Analysis,TGA-DTA)、拉曼光谱(Raman Spectroscopy,RS)、热裂解-气相色谱-质谱(Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,Py-GC-MS)联用技术,对重均分子量M_(ω)1.554×10~5 g/mol、数均分子量M_(n) 8.668×10^(4) g/mol的可发性聚苯乙烯(Expandable Polystyrene,EPS)树脂的多谱学特征进行分析,并比较了EPS树脂与未知样品的TGA-DTA曲线、RS和总离子流图(Total Ion Chromatogram,TIC)。结果表明,EPS树脂与未知样品之间的检测结果均存在显著差异性,判定该未知样品与报检品名“EPS树脂”不一致。该研究结合了热分析、光谱、色谱及质谱技术对EPS树脂进行多角度定性分析,为EPS树脂的快速鉴别提供了技术参考。The multispectral characteristics of expandable polystyrene(EPS)resin with weight-average molecular weight M_(ω)1.554×10^(5) g/mol and number-average molecular weight M_(n)8.668×10^(4) g/mol were investigated using simultaneous thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis(TGA-DTA),raman spectroscopy(RS)and pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC-MS).There are significant differences between the test results of EPS resin and unknown sample by comparing TGA-DTA curve,RS and total ion chromatogram(TIC).Based on these differences,it is determined that the unknown sample is inconsistent with the product name of EPS resin.This work analyzed EPS resin from multiple angles by combining thermal analysis,spectral,chromatography and mass spectrometry,providing a technical basis for rapid identification of EPS resin.
