摘　　要：文章构建小鼠力竭游泳的评价模型,探讨美藤果油改善力竭小鼠抗疲劳的作用效果。通过不间断灌胃给予小鼠低(7.5 mg/kg)、高(15 mg/kg)剂量的美藤果油、阳性对照组(1.8 mg/kg)的红景天苷4周,在末次给药0.5 h后,测定小鼠力竭游泳时间、体质量、脏器指数、生化指标和病理组织变化。结果表明:干预30 d后,各组小鼠体质量和心脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏器官指数均无显著差异(P>0.05),模型对照组的肝脏器官指数显著低于各组小鼠(P<0.05)。与模型对照组相比,阳性对照组、美藤果油低、高剂量组可显著延长小鼠力竭游泳时间(P<0.05);提高肌糖原含量(P<0.05)和过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力(P<0.05),同时降低血尿素氮含量和肌酸激酶活性(P<0.05),此外还可减轻对肌肉和肾组织的损伤。综上所述:美藤果油可以通过增强小鼠机体的抗氧化作用,提高肌糖原储备能力,保护肌肉和肾组织,减少代谢产物积累,改善疲劳。An evaluation model of exhausted swimming in mice was constructed to explore the effect of Sacha inchi(Plukenetia volubilis L.)oil on improving the anti-fatigue of exhausted mice.The mice were given low(7.5 mg/kg)and high(15 mg/kg)doses of Sacha inchi oil and the positive control group(1.8mg/kg salidroside)for 4 weeks by continuous intragastric administration.The exhaustive swimming time,body weight,organ index,biochemical indexes,and pathological changes of the mice were measured half an hour after the last administration.The results showed as follows:after 30 days of intervention,there were no significant differences in body weight and organ indexes of heart,spleen,lung,and kidney among all groups(P>0.05),while liver organ indexes of the model control group were significantly lower than those of all groups(P<0.05).Compared with the model control group,the positive control group,the low-dose group,and the high-dose group of Sacha Inchi oil could significantly prolong the exhaustive swimming time of mice(P<0.05).The content of muscle glycogen(MG)was increased(P<0.05),and the activities of catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)were enhanced(P<0.05),while the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and the activity of creatine kinase(CK)were reduced(P<0.05).Additionally,the damage to muscle and kidney tissues was alleviated.In summary,Sacha inchi oil can enhance the antioxidant effect of the mouse body,improve muscle glycogen storage capacity,protect muscle and kidney tissue reduce metabolite accumulation,and improve fatigue.
