摘 要:针对天然气检定站的喷嘴流量标准装置因壁面结垢导致测量值偏大的问题,从理论推导和CFD仿真两个方面对壁面粗糙度对喷嘴流出系数的影响规律进行了研究,影响规律与实际相符,并提出了保证喷嘴流量标准装置准确测量的数据监测和喷嘴清洗方案,对拥有喷嘴流量标准装置的天然气检定站有一定的指导作用。Aiming at the problem that the measurement value of the nozzle flow standard device of the natural gas verification station is too large due to the wall fouling,the influence law of the wall roughness on the nozzle outflow coefficient is studied from the two aspects of theoretical deduction and CFD simulation.The influence law is consistent with reality,and the data monitoring and nozzle cleaning scheme to ensure the accurate measurement of the nozzle flow standard device is proposed,which has a certain guiding effect on the natural gas verification station with the nozzle flow standard device.
