摘 要:井径曲线是石油测井中的一条重要工程质量曲线,而井径规作为为井径仪器进行刻度的重要工具,其校准的精度直接影响到测井数据的准确性。针对传统井径规校准方法精度低、效率慢的现状,提出了一种基于蓝光测距技术进行数字化采集,再使用自动化数字化技术来进行处理的井径规的校准方法,通过设计专用的校准装置,实现井径规的自动测量以及批量检测,并能出具符合行标的校准证书,最终达到井径规的精确校准的目的。The caliper curve is an important engineering quality curve in petroleum logging,and the calibration accuracy of the caliper gauge,as an important tool for calibrating the caliper instrument,directly affects the accuracy of logging data.The traditional calibration method for wellbore calipers has low accuracy and slow efficiency,so,a calibration method for wellbore calipers based on blue light ranging technology has been proposed.By designing a dedicated calibration device,automatic measurement and batch detection of wellbore calipers can be achieved,and calibration certificates that meet industry standards can be issued,ultimately achieving the goal of accurate calibration of wellbore calipers.This article elaborates on the design principle,implementation steps,and experimental verification results of the new calibration method,and looks forward to the application prospects of this technology in the petroleum logging industry.
