摘  要:流量计是加氢机的关键计量设备,一般采用科里奥利质量流量计。经过调研发现,加氢站使用的流量计存在质量流量测量精度不高、功能单一、无密度测量或密度测量准确度低等问题。针对以上问题,研发了一种主要应用于35 MPa加氢机的科里奥利质量流量计。通过改进传感器结构,优化数字变送器算法,添加自诊断、自校验等功能,添加高精度的密度测量功能,提高流量计的计量精度、稳定性和智能化水平。经过法定计量技术机构校准和现场试用,氢气环境下的计量精度可以达到±0.35%,领先于市场上的大部分同类产品。Flowmeter is the key metering equipment of hydrogen dispenser,generally using Coriolis mass flowmeter.After investigation,it is found that the flowmeter used in hydrogen refueling station has some problems such as low mass flow measurement accuracy,single function,no density measurement,or low density measurement accuracy.To solve the above problems,a Coriolis mass flowmeter is developed,which is mainly used in 35 MPa hydrogen dispenser.By improving the sensor structure,optimizing the digital transmitter algorithm,adding self-diagnosis,self-calibration functions,adding high-precision density measurement functions,improving the metering accuracy,stability and intelligent level of the flow meter.After calibration by legal measurement technical institutions and field test,the measurement accuracy in hydrogen environment can reach±0.35%,which is ahead of most similar products on the market.
