摘　　要：随着全球对气候变化的关注日益增强,海洋石油平台的碳排放控制成为重要议题。文章探讨了当前海洋石油平台中应用的碳计量技术。介绍了碳排放计量的基本方法和技术,给出了海洋石油平台的运营特点及其碳排放源特征,并对海洋石油开采和生产过程中碳排放的测量、监测和管理技术发展方向进行了展望。With the growing global concern over climate change,carbon emissions control on offshore oil platforms has become an important issue.This paper discusses the current carbon measurement technology used in offshore oil platforms.This includes the basic methods and technologies of carbon emission measurement,the operational characteristics and carbon emission sources of offshore oil platforms,and looking forward to the development direction of carbon emission measurement,monitoring,and management technology in offshore oil exploration and production processes.
