阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗心肌缺血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究在心肌缺血治疗中实施阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪共同治疗后产生的效果。方法在我院收治的心肌缺血患者中选取研究对象,共67例,均在2022年7月-2024年5月入院。按照入院顺序分组,其中33例患者实施曲美他嗪单独治疗,纳入对照组;其余34例患者采取阿托伐他汀、曲美他嗪联合治疗方案,纳入观察组。分析两组治疗后病情状况。结果治疗后观察组血脂水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率方面,对照组和观察组无明显差异,不良反应发生率均较低(P>0.05)。结论在心肌缺血治疗中实施阿托伐他汀、曲美他嗪联合治疗方案能够改善患者血脂水平,提高临床治疗效果,并且安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin and trimetazidine in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 67 patients with myocardial ischemia admitted to our hospital were selected for the study,and all of them were admitted from July 2022 to May 2024.According to the order of admission,33 patients were treated with trimetazidine alone and included in the control group.The remaining 34 patients were treated with atorvastatin and trimetazidine and were included in the observation group.The condition of the two groups after treatment was analyzed.Results After treatment,the blood lipid levels of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of atorvastatin and trimetazidine in the treatment of myocardial ischemia can improve the blood lipid level of patients,improve the clinical treatment effect,and have high safety,so it’s worth promoting and applying.
