摘　　要：本文旨在探讨“1+X”护理青年志愿服务模式在基层社会治理,尤其是老年护理志愿服务领域中的应用及其效果。本文分析了老年护理志愿服务与基层社会治理的关系、发展现状与存在的问题,阐述了“1+X”护理青年志愿服务模式的内容与实施路径,及其在老年护理志愿服务中的应用效果。本文认为,“1+X”模式不仅可以提升老年护理志愿服务的质量与效率,还可以促进基层社会治理的创新性发展,为实现健康老龄化、构建和谐社会提供有力支持,具有推广价值。This article aims to explore the application and effect of the“1+X”nursing youth volunteer service model in grass-roots social governance,especially in the field of elderly nursing volunteer service.This article analyzes the relationship,development status and problems between elderly nursing volunteer service and grass-roots social governance,and explains the content and implementation path of the“1+X”nursing youth volunteer service model,and its application effect in elderly nursing volunteer service.This article believes that the“1+X”model can not only improve the quality and efficiency of elderly nursing volunteer services,but also promote the innovative development of grass-roots social governance,provide strong support for the realization of healthy aging and the construction of a harmonious society,and have promotion value.
