西安市大学生群体亚急性咳嗽和慢性咳嗽现状及原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨西安市大学生群体亚急性咳嗽和慢性咳嗽现状、临床特征及发病的原因,以期为大学生这一特殊人群亚急性及慢性咳嗽的防治提供依据。方法本研究选取2022年1月-2024年7月在我院就诊的557例亚急性及慢性咳嗽大学生患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果557例亚急性及慢性咳嗽大学生患者中亚急性咳嗽患者371例(66.61%),慢性咳嗽患者186例(33.39%);男∶女为0.58∶1;平均年龄(23.18±4.47)岁;平均病程(8.72±2.39)周。亚急性及慢性咳嗽大学生患者中,47.40%患者出现持续性无时间差异咳嗽,14.54%的患者咳嗽出现夜间加重;32.14%合并咽喉瘙痒,22.26%合并咽喉肿痛;29.98%有痰。感染、鼻后滴漏综合征、咳嗽变异性哮喘是大学生人群出现亚急性及慢性咳嗽的主要病因。由于一种病因导致咳嗽的有455例(81.69%),两种病因导致咳嗽的有87例(15.62%),3种及3种以上病因导致咳嗽的有15例(2.69%)。结论西安市大学生群体亚急性咳嗽和慢性咳嗽患者超30%合并咽喉症状,感染、哮喘和慢性支气管炎是大学生人群出现亚急性及慢性咳嗽的主要病因。Objective To explore the current situation,clinical characteristics and causes of subacute and chronic cough in college students in Xi’an city,in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of subacute and chronic cough in college students.Methods 557 college students with subacute and chronic cough who were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 557 college students with subacute and chronic cough,371 patients(66.61%)had acute cough and 186 patients(33.39%)had chronic cough.Male∶Female is 0.58∶1;the average age was(23.18±4.47)years.The mean course of disease was(8.72±2.39)weeks.47.40% of the college students with subacute and chronic cough had persistent cough without time difference,and 14.54% had cough aggravation at night.32.14% with pruritus,22.26%with sore throat;29.98% had phlegm.Infection,postnasal drip syndrome,cough variant asthma are the main causes of subacute and chronic cough in college students.There were 455 cases(81.69%)of cough caused by one cause,87 cases(15.62%)of cough caused by two causes,and 15 cases(2.69%)of cough caused by three or more causes.Conclusion More than 30% of the patients with subacute cough and chronic cough in Xi’an college students have laryngeal symptoms.Infection,asthma and chronic bronchitis are the main causes of subacute and chronic cough in college students.
