摘  要:文章以首都医科大学宣武医院为例,探讨了重症监护室护理人才队伍建设的现状、挑战及对策。首先强调了重症监护室护理工作的复杂性和专业性,指出护理人员需掌握先进的监控技术、药物管理和急救技能等。宣武医院通过实施定向培训、继续教育计划和多学科团队合作模式,显著提升了护理质量和患者满意度。然而,当前护理人才队伍建设仍面临专业技能不足、工作压力大及团队协作与沟通障碍等问题,为此,文章提出了加强专业培训、优化激励机制和改进团队协作等对策,以进一步提升重症监护室护理人才队伍的专业能力和服务质量。Taking Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University as an example,this paper discusses the current situation,challenges and countermeasures of the construction of nursing talents in the intensive care unit.The article first emphasizes the complexity and professionalism of the nursing care work in the intensive care unit,pointing out that the nursing staff need to master the advanced monitoring technology,drug management and first aid skills.Through the implementation of targeted training,continuing education program and multidisciplinary teamwork model,Xuanwu Hospital has significantly improved the quality of care and patient satisfaction.However,the current construction of nursing talents is still faced with problems such as lack of professional skills,great work pressure and teamwork and communication barriers.Therefore,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the professional training,optimize the incentive mechanism and improve the team cooperation,so as to further enhance the professional ability and service quality of the nursing talent team in the intensive care unit.
