摘　　要：目的探讨干预护理联合康复训练在电生物反馈治疗女性膀胱过度活动症(OAB)患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2022年7月-2024年6月收治的女性OAB患者80例为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(40例)、干预组(40例);对照组给予生物反馈治疗+常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上予以干预护理联合康复训练;对比两组膀胱功能、生活质量。结果干预组干预2周、干预4周膀胱过度活动症评分表(OABSS)、膀胱状态感知度调查表(PPBC)评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);干预组干预4周尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)、膀胱过度活动症问卷简表(OAB-qSF)评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论女性OAB患者电生物反馈治疗期间采用干预护理联合康复训练可改善膀胱功能,提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of intervention nursing combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of female patients with overactive bladder(OAB)by electrobiofeedback.Methods A total of 80 female OAB patients admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were divided into control group(40 cases)and intervention group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given biofeedback therapy+routine nursing,and the intervention group was given intervention nursing combined with rehabilitation training based on the control group.Bladder function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of OABSS and PPBC in intervention group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of I-QOL and OAB-qSF in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention nursing combined with rehabilitation training during electrobiofeedback therapy can improve bladder function and quality of life in female OAB patients.
