摘  要:骨质疏松腰痛是当今社会面临的健康问题之一,本文主要介绍了太极拳与骨质疏松腰痛的关系。太极拳作为一种传统的健身运动,其独特的运动方式和理念在改善骨质疏松腰痛方面具有显著效果。太极拳训练能够显著提高患者的骨密度,改善骨结构,减轻腰痛症状,提高生活质量。建议骨质疏松腰痛患者参与太极拳锻炼,以提高治疗效果,改善生活质量。Osteoporosis-related lower back pain is one of the health problems faced by society today.This paper mainly introduces the relationship between Tai Chi and osteoporosis-related lower back pain.Tai Chi,a traditional fitness exercise,has unique movement patterns and concepts that have significant effects on improving osteoporosis-related lower back pain.Tai Chi training can significantly improve bone density,improve bone structure,alleviate lower back pain symptoms,and improve quality of life.It is recommended that patients with osteoporosis-related lower back pain participate in Tai Chi exercise to improve treatment effect and quality of life.
