摘　　要：目前我国面临严重的人口老年化问题,且是我国今后较长一段时间的基本国情。探讨如何建设适合老年友善医疗机构的公立口腔医院,可更好地满足老年口腔健康服务需求,进一步提高广大老年口腔患者的获得感、幸福感,使老年口腔患者就医得到最大程度的尊重和爱护,从而进一步提高医疗服务水平、提升患者满意度。文章通过老年友善医疗机构的现状、面临的难点问题、老年口腔患者的实际需求以及问卷评价研究分析,从老年友善文化、老年友善管理、老年友善服务及老年友善环境4个方面进行全面的实践与探讨,并提出对策建议从而建立老年口腔保健服务机制,丰富老年友善医疗机构建设内容理论。At present,China is facing a serious problem of aging population,which will be a fundamental national condition for a long period of time in the future.Exploring how to build public stomatological hospitals that are suitable for elderly friendly medical institutions can better meet the needs of elderly oral health services,further improve the sense of achievement and happiness of elderly dental patients,and enable them to receive maximum respect and care when seeking medical treatment,thereby further improving the level of medical services and enhancing patient satisfaction.This paper conducts comprehensive practice and exploration from four aspects:elderly friendly culture,elderly friendly management,elderly friendly services,and elderly friendly environment,based on the current situation,difficulties faced,actual needs of elderly oral patients,and questionnaire evaluation research and analysis of elderly friendly medical institutions.This paper,through an analysis of the current status of elderly friendly medical institutions, the challenges they face, the actual needs of elderly oral health patients, and questionnaire-based evaluation studies, conducts comprehensive practice and exploration in four aspects: elderly friendly culture, elderly friendly management, elderly friendly services, and elderly friendly environment. It proposes countermeasures and suggestions to establish a mechanism for elderly oral health care services, thereby enriching the theoretical content of the construction of elderly friendly medical institutions.
