摘 要:文章主要对医院招标采购中PDCA循环质量管理的实践进行研究,结合运用文献调研法、资料收集法、数据统计法等研究方法,分析了目前医院招标采购中常见的问题,介绍了PDCA循环质量管理,并提出了医院招标采购过程中应用PDCA循环质量管理的实践路径。结果发现基于PDCA质量管理加强医院招标采购管理,可有效提升采购任务完成率以及成本节约率,并可促进招标采购流程更加规范、合理,切实提升采购效率。研究结论认为在医院招标采购过程中引入PDCA循环质量管理,可明显提高管理质量。此次研究创新地运用了PDCA循环质量管理理论和方法对医院招标采购质量管理工作进行分析,并从设计、执行、检查、处理4个角度提出优化招标采购质量管理的策略和建议,能够为相关从业者及管理者提供一定实践参考。This article mainly studies the practice of PDCA cycle quality management in hospital bidding and procurement,and combines research methods such as literature research,data collection,and data statistics to analyze common problems in current hospital bidding and procurement.It introduces PDCA cycle quality management and proposes a practical path for applying PDCA cycle quality management in the hospital bidding and procurement process.It was found that strengthening hospital bidding and procurement management based on PDCA quality management can effectively improve the completion rate of procurement tasks and cost savings,and promote a more standardized and reasonable bidding and procurement process,effectively improving procurement efficiency.The research conclusion suggests that introducing PDCA cycle quality management in the hospital bidding and procurement process can significantly improve management quality.This study innovatively applies the PDCA cycle quality management theory and methods to analyze the quality management of hospital bidding and procurement, and proposes strategies and suggestions for optimizing bidding and procurement quality management from four perspectives: design, execution, inspection, and handling. It can provide practical reference for relevant practitioners and managers.
