摘　　要：我国人口老龄化的趋势日益加剧,资阳市作为老龄化程度较高的地区,面临着养老服务需求快速增长与供给不足的双重挑战。医养结合作为一种创新的养老服务模式,旨在通过整合医疗与养老资源,为老年人提供全面、连续的照护服务。医养结合养老服务模式的推广,无疑是实现健康老龄化、提升全民健康水平的重要途径,不仅有助于解决老年人看病难、看病贵的问题,还可以通过日常健康管理、疾病预防与康复服务,有效提升老年人的生活质量和幸福感。然而,资阳市在推广医养结合模式时,面临政策执行不力、法规落实不到位、养老机构服务水平低、服务项目单一、专业人才短缺等问题。希望政府相关部门在政策保障、体系建设、设施优化、人才培养、政府购买服务和金融支持等方面长远规划,积极应对人口老年化问题,持续提高医养保障水平和老年健康服务能力。文章将从资阳市医养结合养老服务存在问题的分析入手,在此基础上探索区域内医养结合养老服务的优化策略。The trend of population aging in our country is intensifying day by day,as a region with a relatively high degree of aging,Ziyang City is facing the dual challenges of rapidly growing demand for elderly care services and insufficient supply.The integrated medical and elderly care service model,as an innovative approach to elderly care,aims to provide comprehensive and continuous care services for the elderly by integrating medical and elderly care resources.The promotion of the integrated medical and elderly care service model is undoubtedly an important pathway to achieving healthy aging and improving the overall health level of the population.It not only helps to solve the problems of difficulty and high cost in accessing medical care for the elderly but also effectively enhances their quality of life and happiness through daily health management, disease prevention, and rehabilitation services. However, Ziyang City faces issues such as ineffective policy implementation, inadequate enforcement of regulations, low service levels in elderly care institutions, limited service offerings, and a shortage of professional talent when promoting the integrated medical and elderly care model. It is hoped that relevant government departments will make long-term plans in terms of policy guarantees, system construction, facility optimization, talent cultivation, government-purchased services, and financial support to actively address the issue of population aging and continuously improve the level of medical and elderly care security and elderly health service capabilities. This article will start with an analysis of the problems existing in the integrated medical and elderly care services in Ziyang City and, based on this, explore optimization strategies for integrated medical and elderly care services within the region.
