改善就医体验视角下少数民族地区适老化医院建设路径探究

摘　　要：随着社会老龄化的加剧,老年患者逐渐成为医疗机构服务主要对象,针对老年人在生理、心理及社会能力等方面的特殊需求,建设适老化医院成为满足其日益增长的卫生服务需求的重要措施。少数民族地区某大学附属医院积极推进适老化医院建设,通过党业融合部署、优化就医环境、再造就医流程、推广智慧医疗、扩大志愿服务、加强投诉监督、培养专业人才及拓宽服务半径等方面的实践探索,致力于打造适合老年患者就医新模式。这一举措旨在改善就医体验,提供具有人文关怀的医疗服务,推动少数民族地区医疗资源公平分配,为其他医疗机构创建适老化就医路径提供有益的经验和参考。With the intensification of social aging,elderly patients have gradually become the main target of medical institutions'services.In response to the special needs of the elderly in terms of physiology,psychology,and social abilities,building age-friendly hospitals has become an important measure to meet their growing demand for health services.A university affiliated hospital in an ethnic minority area is actively promoting the construction of an age-friendly hospital.Through the integration of the Party and industry,optimizing the medical environment,reengineering the medical process,promoting smart healthcare,expanding volunteer services,strengthening complaint supervision,cultivating professional talents,and expanding service radius,it is committed to creating a new model of medical treatment suitable for elderly patients.This measure aims to improve the medical experience,provide medical services with humanistic care,promote fair distribution of medical resources in ethnic minority areas,and provide useful experience and reference for other medical institutions to create age-friendly medical paths.
