摘　　要：On December 18,2024 the Lhasa-Tsethang Highway(S5)was officially opened to traffic.The road was initially built in October 2016,with the entire construction spanning eight years.It starts at Dechen Township in Lhasa's Dagze District,and passes through towns and villages and even the Gokarla Mountain along the Duoxionglang Valley,and finally terminates at Samye Township in Dranang County of Shannan.
