摘　　要：恶性高热(MH)是临床罕见的常染色体显性遗传的药物性骨骼肌疾病,是一类危及生命的临床综合征,在接触强效吸入麻醉药或使用琥珀胆碱等去极化肌松药时发生。MH的危机处理既需麻醉医师具备危机事件的临床思维及紧急救治能力,也需建立完善的MH救治体系如“消火栓”模式。此例患者术中突发体温骤升伴呼气末二氧化碳分压(P_(ET)CO_(2))升高、心率加快,麻醉医师准确诊断、积极处理,成功救治患者并康复出院,基因检测结果证实MH的判断。提醒麻醉医师必须具备罕见病的紧急处置能力,为患者生命安全保驾护航。Malignant hyperthermia(MH)is a rare drug‑induced autosomal dominant genetic skeletal muscle disease,which is a life‑threaten disease.It occurs during patients are exposed to potent human anesthetics or the use of depolarizing muscle relaxants such as succinylcholine.MH crisis management not only requires the anesthesiologist with the critical thinking on clinical crisis events and emergency treatment ability but also requires the department to establish a sound MH treatment system,such as"fire hydrant"mode.In this case,when there was a sudden increase in body temperature accompanied by an increase at the end‑tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure(P_(ET)CO_(2))and an increase in heart rate during surgery,the anesthesiologist made an accurate diagnosis and actively treated the patient.The patient was successfully cured and discharged from the hospital.The genetic test results confirmed the diagnosis of MH,reminding anesthesiologists to have the ability to urgently deal with rare diseases and safeguard lives.
