摘　　要：随着加速康复外科理念的普及,促进患者术后康复、减少术后并发症逐渐成为研究热点。针刺是中国传统医学的重要组成部分,近年来发现围手术期针刺在防治术后并发症方面表现出显著的优势。文章总结近年相关临床研究,对围手术期针刺安全性、作用效果及其潜在机制进行综述,为围手术期针刺的临床研究与应用提供参考。With the popularization of the concept of enhancing recovery after surgery,promoting postoperative recovery and reducing postoperative complications have become prominent fields of research.Acupuncture in the perioperative period,as a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine,shows significant advantages in preventing and treating postoperative complications.This review aims to summarize relevant clinical studies in recent years,evaluate the safety,efficacy,and underlying mechanisms of perioperative acupuncture,and provide a reference for its clinical application and future research.
