摘  要:随着环保要求的日益严格和智能技术的飞速发展,新能源矿用卡车正以更加智能化、自动化的面貌迅速崛起。智能化发展正在深刻影响和重塑矿用卡车的技术形态,从动力系统到整车控制,无不呈现出智能化的鲜明特征。本文在分析新能源矿用卡车智能化发展趋势的基础上,重点探讨了这一趋势对矿用卡车机械设计理念、方法、验证等方面带来的深远影响。研究表明,智能化对机械设计提出了全新要求,如更强调模块化和标准化设计、注重系统集成与协同优化、重视轻量化与可靠性设计等。研究对未来矿用卡车机械设计的优化方向提出了建议,包括加强设计创新、利用数字化手段、采用模块化标准化设计、强化设计验证等,以更好地应对智能化变革挑战。With the increasingly stringent environmental requirements and the rapid development of intelligent technology, new energy mining trucks are rapidly rising with a more intelligent and automated appearance.Intelligent development is profoundly affecting and reshaping the technical form of mining trucks, from the power system to the whole vehicle control, all presenting the distinctive characteristics of intelligence. This paper analyzes the intelligent development trend of new energy mining trucks, and focuses on the far-reaching impact of this trend on the mechanical design concepts, methods, verification and other aspects of mining trucks. The study shows that intelligence puts forward brand-new requirements for mechanical design, such as more emphasis on modularization and standardization design, focusing on system integration and collaborative optimization, and attaching importance to lightweight and reliability design. The study puts forward suggestions for the optimization direction of future mining truck mechanical design, including strengthening design innovation, utilizing digital means, adopting modular and standardized design, and strengthening design verification,etc., in order to better meet the challenges of intelligent change.
