摘　　要：涂料的选择对车辆耐用性具有重要影响,为了提升车辆耐用性,汽车喷漆应采取一系列涂料选择策略:根据车身材料特性精选底漆,以增强附着力和防腐性能;采用高性能中涂漆,形成强大的保护屏障;引入新型环保面漆,提升色泽鲜艳度和耐候性;优选优质清漆层,增强光泽度和抗损伤能力;实施多层涂装策略,通过不同涂层的协同作用,全面提升车辆的耐用性和外观品质。这些措施共同作用于汽车喷漆过程,旨在确保车辆在长期使用中保持良好的外观和性能。Paint selection has an important impact on vehicle durability, in order to enhance vehicle durability,automotive painting should take a series of paint selection strategy: according to the characteristics of the body material selection of primer, in order to enhance adhesion and anti-corrosion properties;the use of highperformance paint, the formation of a strong protective barrier;the introduction of a new type of environmentally friendly topcoat, to enhance the color and color vibrancy and weathering;the selection of high-quality varnish layer, to enhance the gloss and anti-damage ability;the implementation of multi-layer painting strategy through the synergy of different coatings to fully enhance the durability and appearance of the vehicle. The implementation of multi-layer painting strategy, through the synergistic effect of different coatings, comprehensively enhance the durability and appearance of the vehicle quality. All these measures work together in the automotive painting process to ensure that the vehicle maintains its good appearance and performance over a long period of time.
