摘　　要：随着新能源汽车产业的迅猛发展,对专业人才的需求不断攀升。在“三全育人”教育体系的引领下,新能源汽车专业的工匠精神培育路径尤为关键。本文探讨在“三全育人”教育体系下新能源汽车专业工匠精神的特色构建,提出工匠精神培育的策略,为新能源汽车产业培养出更多高素质的技术技能型人才。With the rapid development of new energy automobile industry, the demand for professionals is rising. Under the guidance of the education system of "three all-round education", the cultivation path of craftsmanship in new energy automobile specialty is particularly critical. This paper discusses the characteristic construction of craftsmanship in new energy automobile specialty under the education system of "three all-round education", and puts forward the strategy for the cultivation of craftsmanship in the hope of cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents for the new energy automobile industry.
