摘　　要：汽车项目管理涉及市场调研、产品开发、生产制造、销售服务等多个环节,每个环节都会产生大量数据。传统的项目管理决策方式往往依赖于经验判断、历史数据和有限的信息,难以全面、准确地把握市场动态和客户需求,导致决策效率低下、准确性不高。大数据技术的兴起为汽车项目管理决策提供了新的思路和手段。本文探讨了大数据在汽车项目管理中的应用价值,并据此对决策支持系统的系统架构与功能模块进行了设计,以提高汽车项目管理决策的科学性、准确性和时效性。Automotive project management involves market research, product development, manufacturing,sales and service and other links, each of which generates a large amount of data. Traditional project management decision-making often relies on empirical judgment, historical data and limited information, which makes it difficult to comprehensively and accurately grasp market dynamics and customer demand, resulting in inefficient and inaccurate decision-making. The rise of big data technology provides new ideas and means for automotive project management decision-making. This paper discusses the application value of big data in automotive project management, and accordingly designs the system architecture and functional modules of the decision support system to improve the science, accuracy and timeliness of automotive project management decisions.
