摘  要:[目的]研究铜离子存在下,精草铵膦溶液中对映体的转化现象。[方法]在10%精草铵膦铵盐(或精草铵膦酸)溶液中加入不同量的金属盐,置于54℃、100 r/min的恒温振荡器中,利用高效液相色谱检测不同时间点L-对映体和D-对映体的含量变化情况。[结果]添加了CuSO_(4)和CuCl_(2)的精草铵膦铵盐水溶液中出现了对映体转化现象(当铜离子质量浓度为10、5 mg/L时,实验第28天时转化率分别约为15%和7%),而在精草铵膦铵盐水溶液中分别添加CaCl_(2)·2H_(2)O或MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O的对比实验中则没有。在CuSO_(4)存在下,水溶液中的精草铵膦酸也会部分向其D-对映体转化。[结论]精草铵膦溶液中存在一定浓度的铜离子时,经过一段时间能够促进L-对映体转化成D-对映体。[Aims]The aim is to study the enantiomer transformation phenomenon in glufosinate-P solution in the presence of copper ions.[Methods]Different amounts of metal salts were added to 10%glufosinate-P-ammonium(or glufosinate-P)solution,ann then placed in a constant temperature oscillator at 54℃and 100 r/min.The contents of L-enantiomer and D-enantiomer at different time points were detected by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).[Results]The enantiomeric transformation phenomenon was observed in the glufosinate-P-ammonium aqueous solution with CuSO_(4)or CuCl_(2),with conversion rate of approximately 15%and 7%when the concentration of Cu2+was 10 and 5 mg/L(28 d),while this phenomenon was not observed in the glufosinate-P-ammonium aqueous solution added CaCl_(2)·2H_(2)O or MgCl2·6H_(2)O.In the presence of CuSO_(4),glufosinate-P in aqueous solution also partially converted to its D-enantiomer.[Conclusions]When there is a certain concentration of copper ions in the glufosinate-P solution,it can promote the conversion of L-enantiomer to D-enantiomer after a period of time.
