高效氯氟氰菊酯在冬枣中残留规律及膳食风险评估

摘　　要：[目的]为评估高效氯氟氰菊酯在冬枣中的膳食风险而开展该农药在冬枣中的残留试验。[方法]开展2年的25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油在冬枣上的田间试验,采用改进的QuEChERS-气相色谱-质谱联用法对样品进行检测,用OECD计算器方法估算MRL值并用风险概率(RQ)公式进行膳食风险评估。[结果]高效氯氟氰菊酯在冬枣中添加质量分数为0.005、0.05、2 mg/kg,回收率为97%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%~5.9%,满足残留试验对正确度和精密度要求;残留消解动态符合准一级动力学方程,半衰期为9.16~11.7 d,最终残留量为0.055~0.488 mg/kg;用OECD计算器估算MRL值为1 mg/kg;基于我国居民膳食结构的风险评估结果表明RQ为44.6%。[结论]高效氯氟氰菊酯25 g/L乳油防治冬枣中桃小食心虫,建议施药剂量为35 mg a.i./kg,施药3次,施药间隔7 d,安全间隔期为21 d,在此情况下采摘的冬枣食用是安全的。高效氯氟氰菊酯在冬枣中的MRL值建议为1 mg/kg。[Aims]This study aims to conduct a residue test to estimate the dietary risk of lambda-cyhalothrin in winter jujube.[Methods]Field trials on winter jujube with lambda-cyhalothrin 25 g/L EC were carried out between two years,improved QuEChERS and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)was used to detect the residue of samples,OECD calculator was used to estimate the MRL,and risk quotient(RQ)formula was used to estimate the dietary risk of lambda-cyhalothrin in winter jujube.[Results]The addition levels of lambda-cyhalothrin in winter jujube were 0.005,0.05 and 2 mg/kg,and the recoveries were 97%-102%,with relative standard deviation(RSD)between 3.7%-5.9%,this fitted the accuracy and precision requirements of residue tests.The degradation dynamics was fitted to a quasi first-order reaction kinetic model,and the half-lives were 9.16-11.7 d.The final residues ranged from 0.055 to 0.488 mg/kg;the MRL was estimated as 1 mg/kg using OECD calculator,and the dietary risk assessment of lambda-cyhalothrin in winter jujube showed that the RQ was 44.6%.[Conclusions]The lambda-cyhalothrin 25 g/L EC is recommended to control Carposina sasakii in winter jujube at a recommended dosage of 35 mg a.i./kg,applied 3 times with intervals of 7 d,and the preharvest interal should be 21 d,in this situation the winter jujube harvested is safe for consumption.The MRL of lambda-cyhalothrin in winter jujube is suggested as 1 mg/kg.
