摘 要:考虑图表法可为特定工程问题提供便捷的查询方法,借助π定理构建表征采空区冒落活动的非线性模糊函数,耦合数值模拟UDEC揭示该非线性模糊函数所含无量纲表达式的数量关系,提出可预测采空区冒落范围的无量纲图表。为大量获取图表数据,设定采空区开挖步距为2 m。结果表明:无量纲图表可根据不同阶段空区边界扩展预测空区冒落范围,且无量纲曲线表征的采空区冒落范围随空区跨度增大的变化特征与实际基本相符。结合线性插值方法,可预测无量纲图表中未涉及工况的采空区冒落范围。实践表明,该方法为量化评估采空区冒落范围提供了有效方法。Considering that the chart method can support convenient queries for the specific engineering problems,a nonlinear fuzzy function representing the goaf caving activity was constructed with the aid of π the theorem.By coupling the function with the UDEC numerical simulation,the quantitative relationship of dimensionless expressions contained in the nonlinear fuzzy function was revealed,and a dimensionless chart for predicting the goaf caving range was proposed.To obtain the vast data of the dimensionless chart,the numerical simulation took 2 m as the excavation step.The results indicate that the dimensionless chart can predict the goaf caving range according to the extension of the goaf boundary at different stages,and the variation characteristics of goaf caving range with the increase of goaf span reflected by the dimensionless curve are basically consistent with the actual situation.In addition,the goaf caving range under the working conditions that are not involved in the dimensionless charts can be predicted by the linear interpolation method.The practice shows that the proposed method is effective in quantitatively evaluating the goaf caving range.
