省级中波发射管理中心备件管理系统的设计

摘　　要：近年来,随着“智慧中波”的建设与推进,浙江省中波发射管理中心开发了备件管理系统“备件云”,旨在解决各台站因地理位置分散而产生的备品备件采购和存储的问题。本文从设计思路、设计方案、关键技术等方面阐述系统的实现。该系统的应用取得初步成效,特别是统计决策功能,能为采购计划提供依据,提升管理水平。In recent years,with the construction and promotion of“Wisdom Medium Wave”,the spare parts management system“Spare Parts Cloud”has been developed and applied.The construction of the system aims to solve the problem of spare parts procurement and storage caused by the geographical dispersion of each station.This paper elaborates on the realization of the system from the aspects of design ideas,design schemes,and key technologies.The application of the system has achieved initial results,especially the statistical decision-making function,which can provide the basis for purchasing plans and improve the management level.
