摘　　要：本文设计了一种便携式地面数字电视播出智能监测报警设备,该设备同时监测数字电视发射机播出功率和所播出数字电视开路接收信号,并对发射机功率值和接收画面实时显示。当接收信号较差或发射机功率值降低至门限值以下时,设备会发出声光报警信号。该设备配备了远程监控接口,既可以独立运行,也可以接入系统进行集中监控。This article designs a portable DTMB digital TV broadcasting intelligent monitoring and alarm device,which simultaneously monitors the broadcast power of the digital television transmitter and the open circuit reception signal of the broadcast digital television,and displays the transmitter power value and reception image in real-time.When the reception signal is poor or the transmitter power value drops below the threshold value,the device will emit an audible and visual alarm signal.This device is integrated with a remote monitoring interface that can work on a single machine or be connected to the system for centralized monitoring.
