摘　　要：目的:探讨影响学生选择报考临床医学(定向培养)专业的主要因素,为定向全科医学生的选拔和培养提供更为科学、合理的对策,以提升全科医师队伍素质。方法:追踪调查了温州医科大学仁济学院2019至2023年招收的浙江省5年制临床医学和临床医学(定向培养)的学生,收集相关信息并采用SPSS25.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:性别、入学总分、考生类别、家庭经济资本、家庭社会资本、毕业中学在报考临床医学(定向培养)的选择上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男生、高考分数一本线以下、城市生源、非资助对象、重点中学毕业、父母非企事业单位就职的考生更易选择报考临床医学(定向培养);所在地区经济水平在选择报考临床医学(定向培养)上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加大专业发展指导,聚焦核心竞争力开展招生宣传;加强专业思想引领,围绕“大情怀”实施医学教育;提升专业认知能力,全员“聚合力”推进人才选拔。Objective:To study the influencing factors of students choosing the customized program of clinical medicine,thereby giving more scientific and reasonable suggestions for the general medicine oriented students,and improving the whole quality of general practitioners.Methods:The students majoring in 5-year clinical medicine program and the customized clinical medicine program recruited by Renji College of Wenzhou Medical University in Zhejiang Province from 2019 to 2023 were tracked and investigated.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:There were significant differences for students choosing the customized clinical medicine program in terms of gender,total admission score,candidate category,family economic capital,family social capital,and middle schools where they graduated(P<0.05).Males,college entrance examination scores below first-tier,urban candidates,unfunded,graduates from key middle schools,and whose parents were not employed in enterprises or institutions were more likely to choose the customized clinical medicine program as their major,while the economic level of their regions showed no significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:First,enrollment publicity should be focused on core competitiveness in career development.Second,further recognition in the social significance of general medicine should be promoted among Gaokao candidates and their parents.Third,broader enrollment strategies and more varied selection routes via joint efforts of all should be explored.
