摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、4,4'-亚甲基双(3-氯-2,6-二乙基苯胺)(M-CDEA)为基础原料,通过添加羟烃基双封端聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)来改善聚氨酯产品的生物性能,得到的产品(Si PU)有望用于人工心脏瓣膜领域。本实验采用多种仪器,对Si PU的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:Si PU在PDMS的添加量为总质量的15%时,Si PU拉伸应力达到了29 MPa以上;其细胞毒性也为阴性,为植入人体用于心脏瓣膜材料开发提供了有利条件。In this study,polyurethane products(SiPU) with enhanced biocompatibility were developed using polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),and 4,4'-methylenebis(3-chloro-2,6-diethyl-aniline)(M-CDEA) as base materials,with the addition of hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).Various instruments were employed to characterize the structure and properties of SiPU.The results indicate that when PDMS constitutes 15% of the total mass,the tensile stress of SiPU exceeds 29 MPa.Additionally,the material exhibits negative cytotoxicity,making it a promising candidate for use in artificial heart valves.These findings provide favorable conditions for the development of cardiac valve materials suitable for human implantation.
