基于全生命周期的间接制冷系统碳排放案例分析

摘  要:为积极响应我国“双碳”目标,本文在全生命周期评价的视角下,将间接制冷冷库寿命期划分为三个阶段:建造阶段-运行阶段-回收阶段,并通过文献和调研获得原料及电能等的碳排放系数及核算公式,建立了间接制冷系统碳排放核算方法。并利用该方法分阶段分析对比了一个实际运营间接制冷冷库寿命期内的各阶段碳排放量。结果表明,运行阶段碳排放量最大,占到了总碳排放量的96.91%,而其中制冷部件的运行耗电又是运行阶段93.88%的碳排放量来源;建造阶段制冷剂和载冷剂的泄露占据了70.88%的碳排放;回收阶段的碳排放主要来源于制冷剂、载冷剂废弃占比99.05%。In order to actively respond to the national"dual carbon"goal,this study divides the life cycle of an indirect refrigeration cold storage facility into three stages:construction,operation,and recycling.Carbon emission coefficients and calculation formulas for raw materials and electricity are obtained through literature review and surveys.A comprehensive carbon emission accounting method is established specifically for indirect refrigeration systems.Using this method,the present study analyzes and compares the carbon emissions of an actual indirect refrigeration cold storage facility at each stage of its life cycle.The results indicate that the largest proportion of carbon emissions occurs during the operation stage,accounting for 96.91%of the total emissions.Within this stage,refrigeration components contribute significantly to 93.88%of these emissions.During the construction stage,leakage from refrigerants and coolants accounts for 70.88%of carbon emissions in total.In terms of recycling stage,disposal activities related to refrigerants and coolants primarily contribute to 99.05%of emitted carbon.
