广州某冷库排烟设计方案及其防结露分析

摘  要:冷库空间净高、有无喷淋等直接决定了房间排烟量的大小,其排烟系统设计不仅要考虑技术经济性问题,还应结合项目所在地气候特征,采用相适应的低温环境下排烟系统的防结露措施。本文以广东省某冷库为例,从技术可行性、经济性方面入手,对四种方案在实际工程案例中的应用进行对比分析。结合冷库运行等实际情况,分析结露原因并给出可行的解决措施。The net height of the cold storage space and the presence of spraying directly determine the size of the smoke exhaust in the room.The design of the smoke exhaust system should not only consider the technical and economic problems,but also combine the climate characteristics of the project location with the dew prevention measures of the corresponding low temperature environment.Taking a cold chain logistics project in Guangdong Province as an example,this paper compares the application of four schemes in practical engineering cases from the aspects of technical feasibility and economy.Combined with the actual situation of cold storage operation,the reasons of condensation are analyzed and feasible solutions are given.
