摘　　要：大型门座起重机的行走机构及八杆支承环安装精度对整台起重机的后续安装精度的保障非常重要,是此类设备制造安装单位的重要控制工序。本文通过对大型门座起重机行走机构和八杆支承环的制造、安装的全过程监理,阐述了其行走机构和八杆支承环在制造过程中的组装和现场总装中关键工序的控制方法,总结了监理在关键工序中应履行的职责,为确保行走机构和八杆支承环安装成功提供经验。The installation precision of the walking mechanism and the eight-pole supporting ring of large-scale portal cranes is crucial for ensuring the subsequent installation precision of the entire crane.It is a key control process for the manufacturing and installation companies.Through the whole-process supervision of the manufacturing and installation of the walking mechanism and the eight-pole supporting ring of large-scale portal cranes,this paper elaborates on the control methods for key processes during the assembly in the manufacturing process and the on-site general assembly.It also summarizes the responsibilities that supervisors should fulfill during these key processes,providing experience for the successful installation of the walking mechanism and the eight-pole supporting ring.
